The Illinois Fighting Illini have finally received some good news in what has been a stressful offseason. Â
2021 4-Star wing Luke Goode has announced his commitment to the Illini.
This is Brad Underwood’s first commitment from the class of 2021.
The 6’6 Indiana native had received offers from: Maryland, Butler, Michigan State, Iowa, Louisville, Northwestern, Xavier, and others.
Goode, who is known for his sharp-shooting abilities, is currently ranked as the 98th overall prospect in the class of 2021 by rivals.com. The sharp-shooter will contribute immediately, especially from beyond the arc.
After losing many key players to eligibility, the transfer portal, and the NBA draft, Goode’s commitment came at the right time for Underwood and the Fighting Illini.
